The Women's Fund of Greater Birmingham
A component fund of the Community Foundation

The Women’s Fund of Greater Birmingham was created in 1996 as a component fund of the Community Foundation. Today, its board and staff work with community leaders, public policy officials and all concerned citizens to further the mission of improving the status of women and girls by serving as a catalyst for positive social change. The Women's Fund believes in the importance of investing in both today and tomorrow, because a woman’s current quality of life directly impacts the goals and expectations of the next generation.
